Krav Maga Forsyth had a great time teaching self defense at South Forsyth High School. Big thanks to the FBLA chapter for promoting this and making it happen.
I started Krav here about a year ago; after my first week, I was hooked. The instructors will push you to your limit to do your very best, and you can tell they truly care about your skill development. Everyone is very encouraging and it is a very supportive environment to work out in. No matter your entering fitness level, everyone can come to this Krav gym and improve and work on being the best version of themselves. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness level, work out with awesome people, and learn to defend themselves! 12/10 :)
Great people, lots of one-on-one instruction, and really fun classes that help you to push yourself.
A great environment to learn and workout. The instructors are very skillful and patient, which makes the training sessions very enjoyable.
